CCR – Coal Combustion Residual

CCR

Coal Combustion Residuals or Ash from bottoms or Fly Ash, is abundant in the industry that need removal, coal fired power plant can’t burn at least 50% of the coal, and we have the capacity to process that residual coal and recover the valuable entrained metals and minerals, as well as converting the unburned coal residual into kerosene or SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel), In addition, with the remaining clay and other inert materials can be used in valuable topsoil.

Conclusion:

There are between 50-60% of unburned coal still available in the ash, called Residuals, that is very important since it means at least half of the coal shipped to power plants using current technologies to produce steam, are so inefficient that they waste half of the coal they purchase to burn for steam generation. We have taken several tons of coal ash and processed it with our enzymes before vacuum distillation and found that we process 100 % into liquid fuels such as kerosene at the same time we produce liquid fertilizer and recover all the valuable minerals and metals for sale, competing with China for valuable rare earth minerals/metals. While leaving valuable topsoil for agriculture.  The cost of producing the kerosene or SAF is estimated to be well below wholesale prices in the market.
